      How to Resolve "Busy with Another Task" Error and Power Issues

      If you're encountering the "busy with another task" message on your machine or having trouble turning it on, here’s a guide to help you troubleshoot and get your machine back to normal operation.

      Resolving "Busy with Another Task" Error

      If your machine says it’s busy with another task, it’s usually because the machine was stopped while it was still in motion, which can cause it to have trouble finding the home position.

      Steps to resolve:

      1. Remove the jaw (if applicable).

      2. Close the shield (if your machine has one).

      3. Restart the machine.

      This should allow the machine to reset and run as normal again.

      Troubleshooting Power Issues

      If your machine isn’t turning on, follow these steps to check for common issues:

      1. Check the power button:

        • Make sure the power button is turned on.

        • Ensure the emergency stop button is disengaged (pushed out).

      2. Check the outlet:

        • Confirm that the outlet your machine is plugged into is a working outlet.

      3. Inspect the power cord:

        • Look for any visible damage on the power cord. Damaged cords should be replaced.

      4. For the Gymkana Model:

        • Check the power supply for a steady blue light. If the light is off, this could indicate a power issue.

      5. For Other Models:

        • Check the fuses located in the drawer beneath the power cord input at the back of the machine.

        • Use the backup fuse that came with your machine to replace any faulty fuses.
