      Fix "Calibration Tool Not Found" Error

      If you're encountering the "Calibration Tool Not Found" error on your Keyline machine, follow these machine-specific troubleshooting steps:

      Ninja Laser

      1. Check Tracer Alignment: Ensure TL003 is in the tracer shaft and TL000 is on the jaw.

      2. Insert the Calibration Template: Place the silver rectangle with a key ring into the jaw.

      3. Confirm Jaw Placement: Ensure the jaw is properly aligned and fully secured.

      4. Remove the Tip Stop: This allows the tracer to move freely.

      5. Check Tracer Contact: Verify the tracer is aligned with the template—adjust if needed.

      Gymkana

      1. Tracer Positioning: Ensure T08 is on the right and T00 is on the left.

      2. Check Tracer for Straightness: Ensure both tracers are perfectly aligned.

      3. Lower and Lock the Tracer Knob: Ensure the knob is securely in the down position.

      4. Insert the Calibration Template: Use the silver metal rectangle with a key ring and install it with the rear stoppers.

      5. Secure in U Jaw: Push the template firmly into the U Jaw and lock it in place.

      2. Jaw Placement: Verify the correct jaw is fully left in the carriage and secured.

      3. Calibration Template: Confirm the silver rectangle with a key ring is properly placed on the jaw.

      4. Tracer Contact: Ensure the tracer touches the calibration template—adjust if necessary.
